Dr. Adam L. Richardson

Born in Chicago, Illinois, Dr. Richardson moved to Harvey, Louisiana with his grandparents.  He attended the University of New Orleans and is a veteran who served in the U.S. military during the Vietnam conflict.

Hearing the words “God loves you”, became a life-changing experience which catapulted Dr. Richardson’s life into an upward trajectory.  He made the decision to receive Christ in his heart and dedicated his life totally to God. Passionate to tell others about the love of God, he hosted outreach events throughout his city and many were saved, healed and encouraged.

He is most proud of being married to Dr. Ava Richardson and to their union seven children.

Dr. Richardson is the Founding Pastor of Christian Life Bible Church in Gretna and Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  Through practical teaching and biblical principles, he brings the Word to light so the community of believers can know who they are in Christ, what they possess in Christ and what they can do through Christ.

He was licensed and ordained by Dr. Doyle Buddy Harrison of Tulsa, OK and his mentors included Bro. Kenneth Hagin, Sr. and Bishop I.V. Hilliard.

Dr. Richardson received his Doctorate from Trinity Christian University of New Orleans, LA.

Having a heart to help men reach their God-given potential, he founded the Men of Valor Elite Ministry known as M.O.V.E. The men’s ministry’s mission is to provide men with a safe place to discuss issues which are unique to them. And, to provide a brotherhood where men would be there for each other, be a place of hope, strength, and encouragement.  Men are taught to be godly men of integrity, courage, and influence.  Men are challenged to be great men, great fathers, great brothers and to be their “Brother’s Keeper.”

Prompted by the Holy Spirit and love for the ministry gifts, Dr. Richardson founded F.O.C.U.S. (Fellowship of Christin United Support).  This is a special ministry where he is a Pastor to Pastors. Dr. Richardson has a heart to share his experiences along with God’s wisdom to young men and women in the ministry.

He also founded the CLBC School of Ministry (Ministers in Training).  The purpose of this ministry is to provide a good working understanding about ministry.  In addition, the practicum provides a unique experience for students to apply the truths they have learned.

Since His call and heart’s desire is to see God’s people grow and develop, he wrote the New Life in Christ Book, Change Your Thinking-Transform Your Life, Leadership Institute, the Bible-The Infallible Word of God and Victory in Jesus!
